Cream and Black Modern Project Timeline Design Process Graph (2)

Our consultation Meeting is an essential starting point for every project. We value your visions, which is why we schedule an on-site meeting to discuss your project in detail. Typically lasting 30 minutes to an hour, this collaborative session allows us to walk through the site and gain an understanding of your aspirations. Our team will ask you a series of questions, ensuring that we address any site-specific challenges that need attention. Your input is very important to the process, and together, we will lay the groundwork for creating an outdoor space that reflects your unique vision and exceeds expectations.

The Design/Proposal stage is a crucial step in bringing your outdoor vision to life. Following our initial on-site consultation, we implement your thoughts and ideas into a design and proposal. Typically, this process takes 2-4 weeks.

Once you receive the design and proposal, we welcome your input and are prepared to make any necessary revisions. This approach ensures that the final plan aligns perfectly with your preferences and requirements. Revisions generally take an additional 1-2 weeks to complete.

Please note that our design services do come with a fee, which varies based on the size and scope of your project, starting at $500. However: if you choose us for the project installation, we will happily credit the design fee back to you.

Once your design is complete, and you've reviewed the numbers and are ready to proceed with your dream outdoor project, the Contract & Scheduling stage comes into play. To formalize our agreement and secure your spot on our schedule, we require a signed contract along with a security deposit.

We do not schedule any clients until the contract is signed and the deposit is made. The security deposit typically ranges from 5-10% of the total project cost, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Once the contract is complete, and the deposit is paid, your project will be placed on our schedule. We will also provide you with a rough start date, so you have a clear idea of when your project will begin.

This follow-up meeting serves as a valuable opportunity to touch base once more, reiterating the key elements of the design and proposal. Most of our projects are scheduled months in advance, and this meeting allows us to make sure we are all on the same page and address any last-minute changes or concerns and set clear expectations for a smooth transition into the installation phase.

The moment you've been eagerly anticipating has arrived – it's time for the installation of your project! Throughout the process, we'll keep you informed for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
