Our 5 Step Process
Consultations are free. We will schedule a time to meet with you on site to walk through and discuss your project. This meeting normally takes 30 minutes to an hour. We will ask you many questions about your dreams and visions along with any issues the site might that will need to be addressed.
After we have met with you on site to discuss your project now we will implement these thoughts and ideas into a design and proposal. Designs and proposals traditionally take 2-4 weeks to complete. After you've received your design and proposal revisions traditionally need to be made. This can take another 1-2 weeks.
We do charge for designs. Design Fees vary based on the size and scope of your project but design fees start at $500. We will happily credit the fee back to you if you go with us for the project install!
Contract & Scheduling
Now that your design is complete and you looked over the numbers and agree to move forward with the project the next step is to get a contract signature along with a security deposit. We do not put any clients on the schedule until the contract is signed along with a deposit made. Security deposits are traditionally 5-10% of the project cost depending on the size of the project. After you have completed the contract along with paid your deposit you will be placed on the schedule and given a rough start date.
One Week Out Meeting
We feel it is really important to do a follow up meeting just to touch base on all aspects of the project and proposal once more before any installation has begun. Most times projects are being scheduled months in advance and its good for everyone involved to just do a quick recap so that everyone understands the expectations of the project!
The time has finally come! Its officially time to install your newly updated space!
